D2L Help Desk
The Desire2Learn Help Desk for Minnesota State Colleges and Universities' users can be accessed at: https://d2l.custhelp.com.
Accessing the Help Desk
Users, please contact the Help Desk by submitting a question through the "Ask a Question" tab. If immediate assistance is required, the Help Desk phone number will be included in a confirmation email sent to the users email account entered when the question was submitted. Users MUST have a question incident number when they call the support line. This incident number is automatically created when they submit a question. This number will be included in a confirmation email
Searchable FAQ Knowledge Base
Search through the knowledge base consisting of over one hundred entries that answer the most frequently asked questions about D2L. The searchable FAQ's, which uses RightNow Technologies, provides users with on-demand support 24x7.
This first tier of support provides immediate answers to user questions via a searchable knowledge base. If users do not find an answer to their question, they can then call or email the Support Desk.
Help Desk Staff
Help Desk Staff provide email and phone technical support to students, faculty, and site administrators using Desire2Learn.
Live Support
The Help Desk provides "live" support during these hours:
Sunday through Thursday: 7:30 AM-11:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM-6:00 PM
The helpdesk is closed on holidays.
To access online chat, click on the Live Help tab at the D2L Help Desk site.
